Missing Middle Work Group Resources

21 Elements partnered with the Santa Clara County Planning Collaborative to support jurisdictions looking to adopt policies, programs, and practices that promote missing middle housing outcomes—including housing that is affordable to middle income households as well as more diverse housing types (duplexes, triplexes, cottage homes, townhomes, small apartment buildings, etc.).
