To support Bay Area jurisdictions interested in creating new middle housing (duplexes, triplexes, townhomes, cottage clusters, etc.) ABAG convened a six session Missing Middle Workgroup in 2021, organized by Community Planning Collaborative with Opticos Design and ECONorthwest.
